I'm assuming this means that they place a prop in the game, for example a keypad, and then leave, it sits there, right? If so, then you're gonna have to remove it manually or create something to clean up a disconnected players props after x seconds. I think Falco's Prop Protection addon does this.

It gets into a world prop, and wont get removed by FPP cleanup disconnected ents.
