On some servers I have seen there is a way to bet on which team wins(innocents or traitors) but I couldn't find how to do it. Can anyone help me?
Also if you know how to make it slo-mo end of round that would be good.

For slow motion ending, look for a ZedTime T weapon then bind the zedtime effect to TTTEndRound hook.
EDIT: Actually, zedtime already has an end round setting
