In the Legendary Films movie, Watchmen, Dr. Manhattan shows superhuman traits, namely, being able to manipulate objects on a quantum scale within three dimensional space.
In the Garry's Mod Plus project, Nicolas Arduino and I have set out to recreate one of Jon Osterman's extraordinary abilities, in which our emotionally void superhero disassembles a tank and crushes it into a mass of hunk metal.

The grenade emits [url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cherenkov_radiation]Cherenkov radiation[/url] which produces a presence among those within it's blast radius.
After the masses have been crushed, what's left of the nearby objects is slammed to the ground by it's own sheer weight, disturbing the area around it.

No, i'm saying this time Gmod+ works because I uninstalled Legs first, but I still have no SWEPs.
As for the NPCs, I know and I will, but personally I prefer the icons for the ones I have. Let me just disable the addon for a second and i'll show you the spawnicons I have.

Some of the props that should be picked up by this aren't being picked up. (Double the affected entities radius or maybe triple.)
This is actually pretty cool.
It's a beta stage development, right now I'm in a bit of a toss up with garry's mod plus, I think I should just make a thread about it already.
I'll often get to a point where I want to separate all of the features from the project into smaller ones, but that'll happen later in the development cycle.

Considering there are a hundred other NPC addons, I don't actually think you should have it in Gmod+, it seems like a waste of time compared to the rest of the addon anyway :P
No, it is currently within the development process for me to issue new grenade systems. After this will be a load of new rockets for the rocket launcher base, and then crossbow bolts for said base as well.

One purpose of GM+ is to eliminate the need for such small addons.

Okay, I hate to say this, but I just reinstalled GM+ and while the new SWEPs have come up, I can't spawn them. It just won't let me. The ground turret also won't spawn, but everything else is fine (apart from the ceiling turret won't come out and shoot me)
My weapon icons (The default ones, anyway) also come up quite small, as though I was running at an earlier resolution.
I don't suppose you'd mind releasing an SVN JUST for the weapons, would you?

Is this the beta stage fault or because I don't have Episode 2 installed?

Thanks guys, yeah, I implemented a framework for addons to use to enable and disable features through server reloads. Unfortunately it's experimental. Be patient with me, and I'll work out the problems. At the moment, I'm putting SWEP Bases through a quick dev cycle. It should be out today, with no problems.
Then I'll work on rewriting huge parts of GM+.
