Idea of Wraith Stunner

Ok, for all of you who dont have any idea what a wraith stunner is:
A Wriath Stunner is a Weapon from Stargate:Atlantis where the Wrace (the evil ones ;) ) shoot normal people, they will get stunned(bewusstlos in englisch??) for a few hours.

Now my idea,
is it possible to do a weapon same??
I mean, a combination with Wraith Harvester from Catdaemon and a Prop_Spawner should do the job.
When you get hit by a wraith stunner you at yourself are "in" the weapon itself, like the wraith harvester do, at where you was will be spawned a ragdoll.
After a minute or so the you "leave" the weapon and spawn at the ragdolls position and the ragdoll will be deleted.

If it could works so it would do the same job as a wraith stunner.

Maybe anyone can script something like this, but this is more an Ideo then a request.
of course it will be great if anyone can do this :D
