i would like The Vault Tec Assisted Targeting System or V.A.T.S for short would make a great addition to garry's mod, add this mod with the fallout 3 props someone made, and GM_Atomic and you have yourself probably the closest your going to get to fallout in gmod. anyone know how this might be possible, or even IS possible, now this doesn't have to have the percentages yet,(unless you want to) untill we actually figure out how we could get this to work, lets just stick to time stopping, focusing on a target and firing, then we can figure out the calculations and the dice rolling for the percentages to work
Time stopping isn't a very good idea unless you're in singleplayer.
well, yes, fallout is single player, this vats will only work in singleplayer

It would be complex at best. And then some idiot would try using it in multiplayer. I felt like doing it a while ago, but honestly don't have the time.
This idea is a win, but in mp no, it just fails.
