SO Basicly I Have A few issews
the first one being when a player joins my server there job is joining/connecting

this is to do with RP Name Menu When anyone joins it always asked for there name even if they have join before and put there name in
also money gets reset when ever i rejoin

Also a namemenu? You made it your self? Bought it?
No one can help you without code. There is also no need to contact you on steam or skype. Also, people aren't magic, we can't solve an issue by just knowing it exists. I'd start by posting the contents of cl_hudreplacement from lines 250-280.
