Server crashes periodically for the same reason when some one respawns.

It just dose that and dose the same thing over and over again it wont stop repeating the error so that's why the server crashes.
Can someone help me out and tell me maybe how to fix it?

Something it's creating an entity too many times and then this just crashes, check your addons or something like an addon that gives weapons at spawn

The only thing that police chief spawns with is the basic Dark RP stuff and one FAS weapon.

There's still an addon creating it too many times.
