Iv made a custom door groups and added it to the doors, but every time I reset my server it goes unowned.

This might sound sort of StonedPenguin, but when you hit the "Clean Up Everything" button, door settings get reset. You might want to look into how the gmod_admin_cleanup command could be interfering with the door settings that you want saved. The command doesn't know that the door properties need to stay there.
When I hit the butten it doesn't do that
