Is their any way to draw filled circles using LUA?

I'm trying to make a speedometer.

I'm not sure if you've tried this one, or if this one draws it filled, but it was added not too long ago.

Draw a circle in an image editor and make it into a texture. Look up VTFEdit on Google, it might help too.

Really, unless you want your speedometer to look like shit, it's the most straightforward solution. Then if you want to add some decoration to it, all you need to do is edit the texture.
