That comes up when people die. It's not even a crashing error.
How many addons do you have... you are posting random things left and right that are problems with your server.

this isnt to do with my server, this is to do with pretty much every server i join, i have 57 addons and have disabled them all

well since i removed them all i have none left now
when ever i verify the integrity it says that 1 file is missing, any help?
