Advice on LoadingScreen Image/Text layering?

I just wanted to ask if anyone can tell me how I would go about having an image and, or text over an image on a LoadingScreen.

For example, if I wanted a stationary image (Like a logo or frame for instance) over something that would be like a slideshow? And then, for that frame, how would I get text with custom colors and fonts there?

Any help or advice is appreciated! Considering I am new to html, php and javascript. :)

This is for Lua discussion, not HTML.
I don't recommend you start with slideshows or animations.
Google things such as:

HTML fullscreen background
CSS Centered text
JavaScript slideshow background

Learn HTML, CSS and JavaScript before you do this. Copy + pasting random snippets is not how you make a website.
