Vehicles dont shows up in spawn menu?

hello i have my dedicated roleplaying server , and when im adding the vehicle it wont show up

and yes i uses resource.addfile.lua and it downloads the script and the materials and models .

please help

I can not make anything out of that.
resource.addfile.lua does not exist
