Weapon for NPC_Actor

I need some help, with this:

I want that npc_actor can hold weapon in their hand(not use it, only hold, if it's possible), like others npc. Better if it's look like on NPC Spawner, I mean that I (or everybody else) can spawn NPC with different weapon (and without weapon too), add some new weapon, etc .
