"NPC Control" STool Problem (Animations Not Appearing)

I downloaded Benjeh's NPC Control Stool (2.01 I think), and in the screenshots, it has Civilians sitting on chairs and on the ground, and a Vortigaunt doing a chopping animation.

When I downloaded it before (maybe 6 months ago), all of these animations worked if I remember correctly (might've been a different version), but now, none of the Vortigaunt, Combine, or Sit animations appear in the menu.

Does anyone know what's wrong?
