Help with a Derma Control function

Hey, I gotta question.

I remember seeing a function on derma but I just can't remember the name of it. I tried to wiki it with what I thought the name could be but nothing.

So here is a picture to show which one I mean. Now I know that it is defaulted in making tabs, but I want to use it on a button.

So what I am actually talking about is that little message saying, "Can I haz cheesburgers".
What is the name of the function to make a little message like that? ( For a button remember )
