1.) How can I wipe everyone's points and items that they have on the pointshop?
2.) On my pointshop, I had some custom trails made. But the icons for them in the pointshop are purple and black checkered for everyone even though we have a material file for them all and it all setup correctly with FastDL. Do I have to do a steam workshop for them to work?

1. Wipe the database/delete the flatfile that user's info is stored in.
2. You either didn't set up the trail material correctly or didn't send it through FastDL correctly.
