What's Cheez? And by "phrase" I think you mean phase.
Phase...I was using actual english (phrase is: "Sometimes, I DREEEAM about CHEEZE", hence why the title)
It's a citizen SNPC that has 4 modes: Normal phrase (yes, I mean "phrase") is just that line, Creepy phrase is a slow and low pitch of it, Remix phrase means the phrase is said with a rap-style, and Normal with cheeze dropped every 6 secs...well, you can guess what that is...

Your first post doesn't really tell us what to do, it just ends with a semi-inpatient sounding "Well". And also you said you were using actual English as if phase isn't a real word, it is.
But before you go asking for this SNPC, I suggest you get a model of cheese for us to use. A more descriptive thread would also be nice.
He wants an SNPC that plays that "Sometimes..I dream about cheeese." line that some of the Male and Female rebel/citizen NPC's say.
