i recently picked up the lua virus that spams "Slob is awesome gmod lau rulez"
So i searched around and found a fix, but now (dont know if its related) i get:

:1: bad argument #1 to 'RunString' (string expected, got no value)
Unknown command: 107

on the side of the screen in yellow and in the console it says this.
How can i get rid of it because i dont know what lua file it is!
All help is appreaciated

edit: It seems to be when i fire a gun or use a tool eg. Winch and it doesnt let me use the tools anymore

Reset your keys. And/or delete config.cfg from your garrysmod/cfg folder.

i did a clean install but now i get:

ERROR: GAMEMODE:'SpawnMenuOpen' Failed: sandbox\gamemode\cl_spawnmenu.lua:21: attempt to call method 'SuppressHint' (a nil value)

and

ERROR: GAMEMODE:'HUDPaint' Failed: sandbox/gamemode/cl_init.lua:74: attempt to call method 'PaintNotes' (a nil value)

and also i cant use Q menu and my toolgun is "scripted weapon"

Close Garry's Mod (and probably Steam too) if they are open.
Go to steam/steamapps/<your username>/
Rename the folder "garrysmod" into garrysmod_bak
Then start garry's mod and hope the best.
