The inflator tool just makes characters fatter/skinnier, not bigger/smaller. I think there should be a ragdoll resizer that upscales/downscales an entire ragdoll, so it's proportional.

Yeah, like that, except it resizes ragdolls instead of props.
I think that would require rescaling. Something that can't be done automatically due to the bone rigs and such (atleast I think)
