I don't think their skeleton's fit HL2's
Some of them were made into playermodels (rebbeca, wesker and someone else.)

Yeah but if you've ever used them they go crazy when they die
true. But what I need/want them for they won't be dying
It's just a matter of time when will someone rig the models into a Valves skeleton, then it will be able to make NPCs out of them. It's kind of a long process and maybe a brain killer for some people /:
