Simple LUA coding job (willing to pay)

Basically, I've had a DarkRP server for about a month now and hardly anyone has joined.

And now, I'm willing to pay a LUA coder to code some stuff for me in DarkRP.

Basically, a Stamina bar, maybe a better hunger bar , flashlight battery bar and a few other things.

And then, maybe you could use this instead of a flashlight battery bar, so that instead of everyonen being able to use the flashlight bind, you have to use a flashlight weapon.

Its not exactly what you requested ofcourse, but in my oppinion it would probably be good enough.
Also i dont see why you would want a "better" hunger bar, and what would make it better?
