Evolve plugins - Adverts and Motd

Hi

So, I was looking around the world wide web for a adverts plugin. And I found "Advert3". But there's a few lua errors. Does anyone got a updated version or know the error?

Also, I was looking for a simple motd plugin to show a website or just some text. I didn't find anything for evolve but I found a old lua script. But it was pretty much outdated. Does anyone got an motd?
