I currently have a 22 slot, Fast server.. One problem, I can't code lua but I'm slowly learning.
What I'm offering to whoever teams up with me,
Full access to the server, Which I pay for.
I'll manage the website completely solo If needbe.
If you coded a gamemode good enough that needed a vps/dedi.. I'd pay for one myself.
Gamemode does not have to be from scratch, aslong as its fun. Preferabley a leveling system simular to gangwars.. But not exactly the same.
