similar in homefront by only giving you a limited amount of points, but allowing a different allocation of points at each new spawn?

with the red boxes representing where the perk logos would go, or a different location.
so on spawn it would bring up a box asking what perks you wanted this time, which would let you change the load out of perks each time you die.
no comments? nothing? gah please someone respond tell me if this is a good idea or has already been done or if its just not worth it
