Ok so I bought a site and added all my server files to the site so and so on. Then in the cfg I added
sv_downloadurl "http://www.adamroleplay.com/gmod/"
sv_allowupload "1"
sv_allowdownload "1"
I also did it with 0 instead of 1 but it still didn't work. So if anyone knows that I did wrong people let me know

Please read that
resouce.Addfile is used to tell the clients what to download. You always have to use this in scripts. The fastdl is just an alternate place to download the files, instead of the game sending them to the client.
ok and where do i put the resource.addfile and i dont know if this helps but its a darkrp server
