is there anyway i can make my cars have passanger seats and have gas that would be really cool.

2. Learn Lua, nobody is going to come along, code it for free and take your admin.
VU-MOD will give you passenger seats, to add gas to cars, you can use a NWInt, code a hud and use Ent:Touch for gas cans. If you need any help with it, ask. But I'm not teaching your Lua or doing it for you.
There is no need to learn Lua if you use an existing addon.
You could just use SCars.
