How do you make downloading on a server faster even with fastdl?

So I know that fastdl is suppossed to make files download faster and it is, but I have a Rp server with alot of custom stuff on it that people have to download so is there away to make the downloading go even faster,

The keyword you are looking for on the page posted above me is bzip2.
The download speed is still limited by the fastdl server's specifications. If the web server you are using has terrible upload speed or can't handle a lot of connections, you will still have slow downloads.

The difference is the algorithm used to compress the data. They are not the same thing.

OK, i just bzip2 all the files on the web host but then when i joined the server nothing changed, it didn't say it was downloading bzp files
