Is it possible to offset a cars first person view by a certain amount upwards. Because this car I have is almost impossible to see over the dashboard.

Thanks I found VU Mod and it looks really good but now onto my next question ;)
Could there be a way to enter a seat that you can't exit without someone else pressing e on the seat? That is over my head but some wiki links would be great if it's possible.
