Can someone make a ulx ttt forcing command for donators to like so it a vip forces they can only force them self and if a staff forces they can force anyone With permissions that can be edited in game?

You can literally do this with 10 lines of code. I assure you that if you learn the essentials of Lua, you will be able to do this on your own.
