Where to add lua files?

I hav some lua files i want to add to my server
do i add it to
lua/autorun
OR
lua/autorun/server

well i want to add my adverts that come up to chat every 60 seconds
then i want to add my no kill command(they cant suicide)
a respawn msg when u respawn it says that you respawn in chat
then i want to add my lua file that gives you 100 armor on respawn
and a unstuck command that gets you unstuck from a prop or wall by type !unstuck

where would i place these?
