Fallout New Vegas: Animated SNPC.

I'm going to keep this short and simple.

I've spent a good half an hour on attempting to find SNPCs that are based upon Fallout, I have only managed to come across rag dolled models only. I am searching for a wonderful scripture to possibly to turn these rag dolls into working animated SNPCs.
