I figured that just creating a skin and using it for all the derma panels that I would be creating would be more efficient than drawing out everything. After digging around for information on skins, I couldn't find a clear answer on how to make a new skin, or anything really about it.
I managed to find the .psd file that would be edited to create a new skin, and I looked through the default.lua file and saw "Material( "gwenskin/GModDefault.png" )" but couldn't actually find it in my gmod folder. So i managed to dig up a file called "derma_gwen.lua" which lead me to a program called "gwen designer" which Garry was working on, but I can't seem to find a working download link.
So, after all my searching, I can't seem to find any way to actually create skins which is really disappointing, and I was hoping that I just missed something, and someone could point me in the right direction.
gwen designer it's really deprecated, if do you want real results, you'll have to code it by yourself :(

You wouldn't happen to know where I could download it? The official download from forever ago no longer works (shocker /sarcasm).
