Pointshop custom Playermodels help! - Developers

Yes, I'm having some trouble. I got a API Key, the homemade lua file, but it just shows up as a big error. I use GMOD Tower: Model Pack | as my player model pack. (It is in a collection with my other server files) But, yeah. PLEASE ADD ME ON SKYPE!!! nickthecat12

Do 5 things. 1. Extract the file from the workshop file and upload to your server 2.Create the pointshop file and make sure the models filepath is correct 3.Create a resource file to DL it when joining (create a lua file under lua/autorun/server. Then enter resource.AddFile("filepathhere") or if it's a workshop then resource.AddWorkshop("workshopid") 4. Restart server 5. Rejoin

Use Gmad Extractor to extract the .gma from your local garrysmod/addons. Though if you don't want to do that you can just use resource.AddWorkshop("workshopid")

Go to garrysmod/bin and there should be a program called GMad. [URL="https://facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1242185"]It's a command line tool[/URL]; use it to extract the addon.
