Stunning Stun Baton:
I want the stun baton in dark rp to actually stun some one so i guess some one could make it so they are forced to back up a few steps and not able to fire their gun and also have a 25% chance of ragdolling them for 4 seconds.
Don't need to add [req] tags, it's already in the request section.

There was a tranquilizer gun awhile back, maybe take the code from that?
That was for NPC's.
