So I know no files are out for it.. but has no one attempted to make one? I mean you could use halo 4 or titan falls vortex shield as an example.

In this world there is nothing for free, if you want a pulse shield you either have to make one or pay for one.
This isn't a request. It's calles trying to find out if someone made it so I can buy right there and then. Do you see the word request at all? On this board. Not even the picture says request.
Well we all know you just want one made for you.
I already made a job on Coder hire. So yeah. I do want it made. Did I request it here? No. I didn't, I asked if it was already made instead possibly wasting money and time.
