I am having these issues in my server:

If you haven't made any changes or added any mods to your server's terrortown copy then it is most likely that you personally have a addon that is conflicting with the client side files that your Garry's Mod is running. I don't think the plain ol' terrortown gamemode would have many issues. If it is the gamemode then could you tell me if this shows and effects on the scoreboard and does it come up often?
