Like the title says, I'm looking for someone that can make a tool that can apply a watery-eye effect to a ragdolls eyes as well as actual crying effects to the face. Yes, this is a serious commission request and yes it will involve some decent $$ for your efforts and time. Please PM if interested, assuming such a thing is even possible.
