This has been an annoyance of mine for a while now. I can never get the smartsnap grids aligned with the plastic PHX plates. I don't think it is possible with the current smartsnap but there is a file in data/smartsnap called "smartsnap_offsets_default". With some offsets for props, I don't know if these work or not.
And on the PHX SVN there's a file you download called "smartsnap_offsets_phx". This one has loads of offsets for many of the PHX props. But it's sad that they don't work.
So that's what I request, all the PHX props to have their smartsnap grids properly aligned.

Just set your minimum distance to 11.86 or 5.93 and maximum to 4096.
