What tool should i use for editing particle effects ?

VIDE has a bunch of cool and useful tools, including a particle editor (.pcf files)

You can make particle effects with emitters, but particle systems are more advanced (.pcf files)

Use the emitter tool ingame? If you want to edit them find them in the game's files copy them and then edit them using your desired software.
