DarkRP Players Models Help?

I just got a darkrp server and i noticed some of the classes there models i set dont work properly. Like there arms stick strait out to the side and things like that. But i have seen other servers use those same models. I was wandering does any one know why this may be?

Here are the models:

models/player/ct_sas.mdl
models/Characters/hostage_03.mdl
models/Characters/hostage_04.mdl
models/player/ct_sas.mdl
models/player/ct_gsg9.mdl

it's using the animations from HL2MP but not the models, I don't know of a way to fix this. Been looking for awhile.

models/player/swat.mdl
models/player/Hostage/hostage_03.mdl
models/player/Hostage/hostage_04.mdl
models/player/swat.mdl
models/player/gasmask.mdl
