Unique music player.

Hey guys.

I'm looking for a good lua coder to code a totally unique music player for my server.

Features:
Be able to play music from youtube.com
Be able to play radio stations, like CNN/VH1 and so.
Admins should have full control over the radio.
Clients can turn on/off radio via chat command.
Timer that shows the length of the song/sound and how long time has passed since it started.
Nice design.
Should work very well. No lua errors or bugs.

If this takes money, I am willing to pay the coder for it.
