I just bought a server, and I need some help.
First question, I prefer not to pay for,
I got cPanel
Allow remote MySQL access to your database. This means letting the server that you are hosting connect to the database.
How? and whats my hosts IP? I already got a database etc set up on my domain.
Where do I get the MYSQL HOST?
And then, what im paying for :
If you can make Cars work.
A working donating system.
And, last, help me with jobs and shipments.

Heres what I recommend that you do: (It will work)
1. Install Cider.
- Just drop the file in that zip ([url]http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=61469[/url] or your own) called 'garrysmod' into the directory where garrysmod is. (It should be in 'Orangebox'
- The file named 'libmysql.dll' must go in /orangebox but no further. (It must stay outside of the 'garrysmod' folder!)
2. Linking the SQL
- Cider SQL:
Create a user which has full Privileges on the database.
User: "cider_user"
Create a suitable password for that user. i'll recommend a "Very STRONG PASSWORD"
Pass: "D0iNgY11rM0M"
Obtain a MySQL database from some source, say a web hosting package. Lets say
Host: "89.888.5.999:21"
Obtain a MySQL database from some source, say a web hosting package. Lets say
Database name: "cider_lhplayers"
Table name: cider_lhplayers
- Right. Set up the tables on the SQL already by importing the 'player.sql' which basically just tells the server where to put how much money each person has, what their name is e.t.c, e.t.c...
- To link the SQL go to: garrysmod/gamemodes/cider/gamemode/core and open up sv_configuration.lua
- Type in the relevant info where it asks you to. (The info is what I gave above).
