CreateFragmentsFromFile error

My server keeps crashing and lagging every now and then so I asked my hosts what the issue was and they said it was related to

CreateFragmentsFromFile: 'user_custom/ee/ee74e227.dat' doesn't exist.
CreateFragmentsFromFile: 'user_custom/ba/ba4aa8ba.dat' doesn't exist.
CreateFragmentsFromFile: 'user_custom/c3/c3345225.dat' doesn't exist.
CreateFragmentsFromFile: 'user_custom/6b/6bc62f80.dat' doesn't exist.
CreateFragmentsFromFile: 'user_custom/d1/d149397d.dat' doesn't exist.
CreateFragmentsFromFile: 'user_custom/78/78ac7a0b.dat' doesn't exist.

I asked them if they could help me find out what addon is causing the error and then I got the response

My suggestion: Take all of your addons and remove them. Add them back one by one and when it occurs again, you know which addon is causing it.

Only problem is, there's a lot of addons.
Do you think that PAC lite would me the most likely to cause this?

Remove it and see what happens, otherwise you don't have much of a choice other than doing what Nookyava suggested. This is a problem you must be prepared to deal with when using a large amount of addons.

I always thought 'CreateFragmentsFromFile: 'user_custom/******' doesn't exist.' was caused by people trying to use sprays when you have sv_allowupload 0, no?

I'll disable sprays for a while and see how things go.

I removed some TTT adapted WW2 weps that I added. I think this may have been causing it

I've managed to filter it down to a playermodel.

After a few months, I found out these errors disappear after 'sv_allowupload 0' and 'sv_allowdownload 0' are placed into the server.cfg. Note that sv_allowdownload IS NOT related to the FastDL

Nice. It's always wise to never allow players to upload.. Additionally, the best way to debug an addon problem when you have NO idea of which addon is causing it: Remove HALF of the addons. If error still exists then remove half of those. etc etc.. Just divide and conquer. You can re-add addons when you know they're not causing it.
