I am running Deathrun but no weapons spawn (i know I need to add them)
But where do I put the weapon files?
I don't know where!!!
Just get something like realistic CSS weapons and if you're not using workshop DL put it in gmod/addons.
from what i have played there no weapons in DeathRun gamemode so if they dont spawn its because the map or you added somthing the wrong way

This, but you will need Legacy version as you need to rename the weapons eg, weapon_real_cs_scout to weapon_scout, so the maps can spawn them.
