Anyway,there's no way to mount it in gmod without the use of an external module (for istance,gm_mount2) because you are not supposed to mount that content,even thought steam will download the entire portal content legally for the demo to work.

No, you can't get any portal content from the demo, you need the full game, they wouldn't give you portal content to use in other games unless you legally buy it.
