When I close GMod 13 after WHILE downloading something all of the addons disappear.

So I had downloaded about 5-6 addons then I was downloading the WAC Helicopter Pack, I closed Gmod WHILE it was downloading the Pack, the next day I opened Gmod and the Workshop started to re-download all of the addons that I downloaded the night before, will Garry fix this or will it forever be a burden to GMod?

Yeah, and I guess no addons are available to use before all downloads finish.
