Does smart snap not work because I am trying to use it for my server on workshop and it won't show up I checked the ID and everything matches up and I have other items from the work shop on
my server and none of them are giving me trouble with it any one know the cause of this problem?

Try turning script enforcer off; clients can't run client-side scripts as long as it's turned on.
If that doesn't work, try Google.
