How much upload speed do you need to have a fast download server?

Hi, I have 1mbps upload speed, speedtest.net says ~750-800 kbps... around 640 kbps is used for my 20 slot server, do I have enough to host a fast download server?

It all depends what do you think "Fast DL" is. Actually, without the sv_downloadurl set to a special URL with files needed to download, the download speed cap is around 20 kbps. Read more about sv_downloadurl and how to set it up here

However 1mbps upload speed + sv_downloadurl will do the trick.
