Workshop not working

Hello there! I've been using workshop since it got released. Im having a dedicated server which I have FTP connection against. I made a workshop file just like it says. And it worked. It worked for a few weeks but then stopped working. It just doesn't download the addons. It says it can't connect to steam workshop server. This is a huge problem because my server totaly runs on workshop addons. Please anyone help!
