Server throwing error involving Niandra's RTD and Lottery script

Hi, so my server keeps crashing almost randomly, I'm not the greatest at... stuff... So please explain whats going on and how to fix it in layman's terms.

I doubt that error would crash the server, if you remove that addon does it still crash?
